Start with the seller workflow
The merchant determines the marketplace, SKUs, quantity and shipment workflow in its Amazon seller account. Required unit preparation, identifiers and box content information can vary by product and programme. Consult current Amazon instructions for the specific shipment rather than relying on a generic checklist.
Match physical goods to the plan
When a Spanish prep operation is agreed, provide the box labels and unit identifiers required for that shipment. The physical count, packaging and carton contents need to match the data in the seller workflow. Resolve discrepancies before carrier handover; do not assume Amazon will correct them at the receiving centre.
Define the handover
Agree who supplies labels, who books or selects carriage, what documents accompany the load and when the boxes are ready.
