Ecommerce Logistics
Receive or hold stock in Spain, maintain inventory records, prepare each order and arrange agreed dispatch and returns.
Explore ecommerce logisticsThree practical routes from a Spanish operation: ecommerce fulfilment, cross-border goods movements and preparation for Amazon sellers.
A solution is not a fixed bundle with the same price or lead time for every business. It is an operating route built around a real need: where goods are now, where they must go, who sells them, what data is available and who owns each decision. Halcyon works from Spain and reviews which stages it can handle, coordinate or quote.
A merchant may need more than one stage. A Polish brand could move stock to Spain and then fulfil Spanish orders. A Portuguese retailer could compare cross-border parcel dispatch with holding selected stock in Spain. An Amazon seller may need physical FBA preparation while another part of the catalogue is sold through its own store. Each stage needs its own instructions and charges.

Share the product, countries, sales channel, estimated volume and current bottleneck. You need not design the entire supply chain before asking.
Confirm who transports, receives and supplies data or labels; specify Halcyon’s tasks and discrepancy handling. Confirm the receiving address before dispatch.
Separate freight, receipt, storage, unit or order work, materials and outbound carriage as applicable. Align inventory, instructions and communication before goods move.
A Portuguese retailer regularly sells in Spain. It first compares the cost of dispatching every order from Portugal with replenishing selected SKUs in Spain. If it chooses Spanish stock, the Portugal–Spain movement needs a confirmed handover. Receipt controls, inventory updates and order preparation follow. Goods intended for FBA need a different shipment plan and labels.
The example shows how the pillars connect without merging their responsibilities. No saving, available route, integration or delivery time is assumed; each must be confirmed for the goods and proposal.
The operation described starts from Spain. Halcyon does not present owned facilities in Poland or Portugal. Automated store integrations are in development; data exchange is agreed case by case. Final prices, minimums, lanes, cut-offs and goods acceptance require a specific proposal.
Commercial and tax obligations depend on the movement and sale. Official EU guidance on cross-border VAT and consumer rights can frame questions for an adviser; Amazon publishes current FBA requirements for the marketplace and product.
No. Describe the outcome you need; each stage can be scoped and priced for your case.
The Solutions guides explain when and how those services can connect. The service pages cover their commercial scope.
First confirm address, identifiers, product acceptance and receiving terms.
Separate stock and instructions for direct customer orders from inventory prepared for FBA inbound.
With an origin, destination, product and estimated volume, we can review which stages fit and which should be quoted separately.
