A store with daily orders, an Amazon lot and a parcel received in Spain cannot share one meaningful rate. Here is what goes into each quote, the information we need and when a final price is agreed.

Check which costs are one-off, which depend on space and time, and which vary per unit or shipment. Two offers are comparable only when their tasks, materials, destinations and volume assumptions match.
Ecommerce fulfillment pricing
Costs reflect inbound stock, storage space and time, work per order, packaging, delivery and agreed returns. Product mix and units per order matter as much as the monthly order count.

Amazon Prep pricing
Every lot needs a different mix of tasks. Identification, photos, labelling, bagging, bundling and box preparation may be calculated per unit, box or pallet. Current Seller Central instructions and arrival condition determine the scope.

The Amazon Prep calculator estimates the tasks selected. The final proposal confirms scope, quantities, conditions and anything the tool does not cover.

This service starts with physical receipt in Spain and ends with agreed onward transport to a European recipient. It is not simply the price of moving pallets between warehouses.

Why two similar jobs may cost differently
An online store
One hundred monthly orders can mean one small item each or several fragile SKUs. Order count alone cannot determine the cost.
An Amazon lot
Two lots of 500 units may differ: one arrives labelled and the other needs labels and bags. Actual tasks drive the price.
Purchases from Spain
One parcel differs from three parcels held and combined before forwarding. Weight, dimensions and destination also matter.

Is there one fixed fulfillment rate?
No single rate covers different storage, handling and shipping combinations. Our proposal separates the items.
Is the Prep calculator a final quote?
No. It estimates selected tasks; the quote confirms receipt, materials, shipping and terms.
What do you need to quote forwarding?
Contents, parcel count, approximate size and weight and a European destination. We confirm setup before you use the address.
Is shipping included?
The proposal states clearly whether carriage is included or shown separately.
